Who it's for

Is this you?

Established NLP Coaches

You've built a solid coaching practice on core NLP skills and you're ready for the advanced structures — beliefs, values, identity — that produce the deep, durable change your clients are actually asking for.

Therapists & Counselors

You want to add rigorously taught NLP tools — parts work, Timeline techniques, values conflict resolution — to your clinical toolkit without abandoning your existing therapeutic framework.

Leadership & Executive Coaches

Meta-programs, values hierarchies, and Neurological Levels alignment give you a precise language for the identity and motivation patterns that determine whether leaders actually change.

Educators & Trainers

Understanding meta-programs and values structures helps you design learning experiences that genuinely land — and resolve the internal conflicts that keep participants from applying what they've learned.

Serious Self-Developers

You've worked through the NLP fundamentals and you're not interested in surface-level techniques — you want to do real identity and belief work on yourself with the same rigour you'd bring to any other serious practice.

NLP Trainers & Supervisors

Modeling, strategy elicitation, and the TOTE model give you a systematic way to analyze and transfer excellence — exactly what you need when your job is to develop other practitioners.

If you're here, you've already done the real work of learning NLP from the ground up — and you know exactly what that took. You've practiced calibration until you could read a room. You've run outcomes, built rapport under pressure, worked with submodalities. You've sat with clients or students or yourself and seen the framework actually deliver results.

And at some point — maybe during a session, maybe while reflecting afterward — you've bumped up against the edges of what the foundational tools can reach. The client makes progress and then slides back. The belief seems to shift, but its roots are still there. The goal is clear, the strategy is sound, and something underneath keeps saying no. That's not a failure of skill. That's an invitation to go deeper.

This course exists for exactly that moment. Everything we cover — beliefs and Reimprinting, values hierarchy work, Neurological Levels alignment, Parts Integration, meta-programs, modeling, Timeline techniques — is aimed at the structures that sit below behavior. The places where identity speaks, where old decisions still run the show, where two genuine values are pulling in opposite directions and neither one is willing to lose. These are the levels where change either takes root or doesn't.

I've designed this material to respect what you already know. There's no hand-holding, no re-explaining the basics, and no cheerleading. What there is: nuance, honest clinical examples, real coaching dialogue, and a clear-eyed discussion of what the evidence supports and where we're working from tradition and practitioner experience rather than controlled trials. You deserve that honesty, and your clients do too.

The techniques in this course are powerful — and I mean that in a way that demands both enthusiasm and care. The Visual Squash can produce genuine identity-level integration. Timeline work can release emotional charge that has been stored for decades. Sleight of Mouth, used well, can shift a belief in real time in a way that lasts. Used carelessly, any of these can feel like a trick, or worse, destabilize someone who needed something different. We'll talk about all of that.

If you've completed NLP Psychology: Master Your Mind and Communication, you're ready. Come in, do the prerequisite check-in, and let's get to the level where the real work happens.
